My name is Anthony Manzione and I am a 19 year old male who grew up in central Jersey (and yes central Jersey is a thing). I have struggled with confidence in the way I look and feel, therefore I am starting this website in order for people to learn about living a healthy lifestyle that is very applicable to college age students. I have struggled with obesity and worrying about staying in shape for a couple of years now and was going to give tips and tricks on how to lose weight and feel healthier with limited time and limited food options available. This website would be great for any person who doesn’t have a lot of time during the day and who may not be able to spend a lot of time looking up heavy weight loss programs and meal plans.

I am blogging publicly in order for my methods to reach other people around the world that potentially struggle with the same things that I struggle with. I will give tips about what types of food to eat and how much to eat. The right amount of exercise that one person should get throughout the week. Also how to keep a positive attitude while following the tips because it is a lot of work and is very time consuming. I would love to connect with people that are struggling with time management and who want to live a healthier lifestyle. At the end of the year I would hope to have helped many people feel overall better with their well being.
